    Cool – dramatically different than the plants I have seen in Florida, USA, where this species is invasive. I wonder if they are the same thing.

    Good question! Take a look at this if you haven’t already: Shinohara, W., Hsu, T.W., Moore, S.J. and Murakami, N., 2006. Genetic analysis of the newly found diploid cytotype of Deparia petersenii (Woodsiaceae: Pteridophyta): Evidence for multiple origins of the tetraploid. International Journal of Plant Sciences, 167(2), pp.299-309.
