This unidentified fern was submitted by Nadhanielle Somonsson who has it in cultivation from plants collected in the Aiyura Valley of the Eastern Highlands at 1500 m. It has since been identified as Goniophlebium subauriculatum by Bernard Sule of LAE herbarium. Thanks Bernard!

Special colloquium on #ferns at the extreme: the case of Ophioglossaceae! Going to be a great session at #Botany2022
A great day doing a comprehensive Asplenium septentrionale count together with @NatResWales staff. Some positive site actions have already been done, and a good discussion on a management plan to look after this very special site. @FernBPS @fossilplants #FernFriday @cofnod3
