  1. Sori scattered on both sides of the midrib of segments.
  2. Sori large, round and when mature, the indusia reflex. Veins anastomosing, with narrow and elongate areoles.
  3. Rhizome with dark, lanceolate scales.
  4. Stipe scales of the same type as rhizome scales.
