Pleopeltis remota

I found this growing on the ground in the terrace of Esteban Dominguez’s home in Urrao, Antioquia, Colombia.  It has a conspicuously winged petiole.

    Pleopeltis remota. The width of the wing is one of several variable characters in the species.
