Microsorum pteropus

Microsorum peteropus is well known in the aquarium industry where it known by the common name Java Fern.  Here it is in its natural habitat, growing alongside freshwater streams. The level of this particular stream fluctuated strongly with rainfall. At times, the plant is probably completely submerged.
