I am not completely confident in this det. When using the key by A. M. Evans (in Interspecific relationships in the Polypodium pectinatum-plumula complex, Ann. Missouri Bot. Gard. 55(3): 193-293 [1969]) I end up at what are now Pecluma truncourm and P. sicca (Lindm.)...

This is a highly divided Pleopeltis murorum,  verging on P. monosora, an Andean species.  In some cases, the edge between these species is not clear.
